Lomond and Clyde Community Orchestra in performance

Welcome!

Lomond and Clyde Community Orchestra aims to encourage the playing of music in the community. Membership is open to players of all ages and all abilities. The Orchestra meets once a week for rehearsals in St Michael's Church Hall, William Street, Helensburgh from 10.00 to 12.00 noon from autumn through to spring. Our conductor is Leon Reimer. We give two major concerts each year plus additional performances around Christmas time.

We run an active program of encouraging and helping players. As well as our conductor - Leon Reimer, the Orchestra employs a number of specialist tutors part-time to take the various sections of the Orchestra during Saturday morning sessions. We would like to maintain this program as far as possible, and seek sponsors to help us achieve this. If you would like to help please contact our Chairman John Gourlay or Secretary Anne Evans.
